Hayley Ryan
Hayley first worked as a care assistant when she left school and returned to work in the care environment after spending a number of years managing the office of her father’s business.
She joined the keystone team in 2009 as a support worker. Hayley then made a successful transition into the keystone office in Jan 2011 working in the role of care co-ordinator and was promoted to manager in June 2011.
Out of work Hayley is kept busy by her three young boys and husband Richard not to mention Labrador Stan. Hayley enjoys reading, going out for meals with her family and walking Stan.
Becky Haigh
Becky joined the company in 2009 and has previously worked both within the Human Resources and Training sectors.
Originally from Burnley, Lancashire (what she calls the right side of the Pennines) Becky moved over to Yorkshire to be with her husband who she married in July 2010. In her spare time she enjoys meeting friends for lunch and shopping and cosy nights in with her husband and dog watching soaps. Becky also enjoys holidays abroad, especially Ibiza where her twin sister lives.
Allyson Schofield
Allyson joined Keystone in 2008 as a support worker, she was promoted to senior in 2009 and became Team Leader in April 2011.
